Frequently asked questions

Straight answers for East Valley homeowners. We test your pool water and add what’s needed to keep it balanced when levels are off — we don’t publish do-it-yourself chemical recipes online.

What does weekly pool service include?

Recurring service typically includes skimming, brushing, emptying baskets, water testing, chemical balancing when levels are off, and a visual equipment check. Major repairs are quoted separately. Call 480-766-3957 about route availability.

Do you test chemicals and balance the water?

Yes. On service visits we test the water and add what’s needed to keep the pool balanced when levels are high or low. Arizona sun, hard water, and heat push chemistry hard — that’s why we adjust on site instead of guessing from a chart online.

What happens when pool chemistry is out of balance?

Low sanitizer can lead to cloudy or green water. pH that’s too high or too low can weaken sanitizer, irritate swimmers, or encourage scale. Hardness that climbs (common with East Valley evaporation and hard fill water) can leave chalky buildup on tile, heaters, and salt cells. We check these on site and correct as part of service — without posting DIY dosages.

My pool is green or cloudy — can I fix it from a blog post?

Usually not safely. Green or cloudy water needs an on-site look at chemistry, filtration, and circulation. Online DIY chemical steps can make problems worse. Call 480-766-3957 and we’ll assess and outline a recovery plan.

What equipment brands do you see in the East Valley?

Local pads commonly include pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation, and in-floor cleaning systems — often from familiar names like Pentair, Hayward, and Paramount (in-floor), plus other desert-common gear. Mixed-brand setups are normal. We inspect what’s on your pad and explain repair versus replace options.

Do you offer leak detection?

Yes. We inspect common leak points — pump, filter, heater, and plumbing — on site and explain repair options. Call 480-766-3957 if you see water loss or wet spots around equipment.

Do you serve my area?

We service Arizona’s East Valley. If you’re unsure about your neighborhood or route capacity, call 480-766-3957.

What should I watch for during monsoon / debris season?

Heavy debris can overload baskets and filters and leave water looking cloudy. Watch skimmer baskets, unusual pump sounds, and water clarity — and schedule service if something looks off.
